Cavinti MOA Signing & Food Share Program

Another nutrition program was launched in conjunction with the signing of the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) for the Food Share Program offered by the DSWD, Kabisig ng Kalahi Inc., Unilever Philippines and the Local Government of Cavinti.

Thirty (30) Family Beneficiaries from Brgy. Anglas, Brgy. Silangan Talaongan and Brgy. Udia who will receive rice and meal subsidy for six months.

In exchange, the beneficiaries will have to plant and help tend vegetables in their yards, in the school and in the barangay for themselves and others to ensure that there is always food on every dining table.

Regional Director of DSWD Region IV-A, Verginia Castro; Nutritionist Dietician of the DSWD Central Office, Ms. Maria Charisse Abella; and Ms. Merjurie Miparanum of DSWD Region IV-A.
